Parking

Parking in Downtown Waco can be challenging, but we have created a list of suggested parking locations for you and your guests on the day of the event!

Food + Beverages

We do not have restrictions on bringing in outside food + beverage for your party in The Den! If you are looking for catering or other vendor suggestions, please check out our Recommended Vendor document below!

Rental Hours

The Den is available for rent 7 days a week between the hours of 9AM-12AM. We require all events to be cleaned up and out of the space by midnight at the latest. 

When reserving the space, renters need to include all set-up and tear-down time in their rental time. The start time you select when booking is the earliest time you are able to get into the space to begin setting up for your event.

 

For example, if you are hosting an event from 5-7PM and you need 1 hour to set up and 1 hour to tear down, you would need to book a 4-Hour Evening Rental from 4-8PM. 

Furnishings + Occupancy

The Den consists of 1,200 sqft indoor and 1,000 sqft of private patio space. The space comes fully furnished with a mix of vintage and modern furniture and has table seating for 60 people max. The Den can hold up to 100 people. The space as 2 private bathrooms that are shared with the Ramble & Company retail store.
